When I started Rightside Legal in 2016 (with Grace Wilson) one of our key goals was offering a better deal to asbestos clients.
That’s why we give asbestos clients their whole compensation sum. We charge the defendant legal costs, but we don’t charge you from the compensation sum. We don’t ask you to pay us a cent as the claim proceeds, we fund all of the expenses, and we only collect costs at the very end, when the defendant pays you the compensation sum and pays us some legal costs.
