Paul James Bussey was a former teacher and principal in State schools in Victoria.
Bussey worked at many schools including:
- Research Primary School (1970-1973)
- Debney Meadows Primary School (1974-1980), and
- Menzies Creek Primary School.
Bussey was the school principal at Menzies Creek until he was charged by police in 1985 or 1986 for child abuse charges against students at that school. The child victims gave evidence against him in court, and in 1986 was given a suspended jail term.
In 2017 he plead guilty to further sexual abuse against five other former students during camping trips with students and at Bussey’s home.
Bussey is believed to still be alive.
