$8 million compensation for Rightside Beaumaris client

Rightside Legal is proud to have secured $8 million compensation for our client who was abused at Beaumaris Primary School.

The man’s claim settled just before his Supreme Court trial was about to begin. Our client is an exceptional man. He’s been on this path for decades, first pushing for a criminal prosecution for lots of paedophile Darrell Ray’s victims, and then his own fight for proper compensation. It has been a rocky road for him and life hasn’t been easy – but he has got what he deserves and we’re proud to have fought for him.

Although it was 7 months ago that I received the compensation payment, it is only now that I’m feeling the real benefits. This is so unbelievably helpful and nothing I had expected in my life. Life feels very different for me right now. I can’t quite take it in, but I do know that I am grateful to you for the work done.
