Read MoreRightside Legal is representing men who were abused by Trinity Grammar boarding house master Mark Watson, who was later employed by Wesley College.
Watson was recently sentenced to 15 years and 7 months in jail for his sexual assaults on six men. Three of the convictions followed a lengthy County Court trial at which Watson had denied all charges. After a jury convicted him, Watson then admitted to sexually assaulting a further three men.
It is understood Watson was only at Trinity Grammar for one year in the mid-1970s. But he went on to teach at Wesley College.
Rightside Legal is also acting for survivors of other child abusers who were employed at Trinity Grammar – the other abusers include Chris Howell, Les Wiggins and Gordon McInnes.
