Born in 1950, Mark Geoffrey Stevens lived in Perry Hall (‘the Old Vicarage’) on the grounds of All Saints Anglican Church in the late 1970s and early 1980s.
He was a caretaker, churchwarden and/or vestry member of the church, whose work included maintaining the grounds of All Saints Church, assisting in the administration of church affairs, and other secular affairs.
His residence was a drop-in place where members of the Church’s boys choir would spend time outside of choir rehearsals.
Stevens was himself a member of the All Saints Church men’s choir. He groomed and sexually abused a number of members of the boys choir during the late 1970s and early 1980s.
Stevens died in 2024, however if you suffered his abuse, you can still claim financial compensation for the distress and trauma he caused.
